End of Summer Farm To Table Experience

Nestled in the picturesque landscapes of Gardiner, New York is Little Logan's Farm. Dedicated to sustainable agriculture through Biocyclic Vegan Farming, they grow nutrient-rich produce without animal products or chemicals. Upon arrival you will be greeted with a refreshing garden herb infused mocktail and meet your fellow guests over some canapés. You will then enjoy a vegan wine and cheese tasting, a guided tour of the farm, savor a 5-course scratch-made plant-based meal, and leave with a gift bag of fresh pasta, garden tomato sauce, and herbs as a token of gratitude for joining us for this end of summer experience.

As you breathe in the fresh crisp air and take in the beautiful landscape, we will begin the event with an array of small bites for you to enjoy while you meet and mingle with your fellow guests.

Farm Tour

Farmer Eric will lead you through his farm and green house showcasing the large variety of crops he's been growing while teaching you about the sustainable practices he follows to run a 100% Organic Vegan Farm.

Wine Tasting

Frances Gonzalez, founder of Vegan Wines, will be sharing her wealth of knowledge and experience on the tasting notes, different regions, and winemakers. Artisanal plant-based cheese samples will be offered as well.

5-Course Dinner

Chef Mario will take you on a scratch-made plant-based journey of flavor exploration featuring farm fresh ingredients, handmade pasta, and prized organic Lion's Mane and Lobster Mushrooms.

As each dish is served, Mario will walk you through his process for making each dish as well as his intention behind creating them.

To accompany you throughout the meal, each course has been thoughtfully paired with Vegan Wines sourced from Italy, France, and Chile.

Take Home Gift Bag

As a token of gratitude for joining us, you will receive a gift bag at the end of the event which includes fresh handmade fettuccine, a jar of San Marzano tomato sauce made from the garden, and a small bouquet of aromatic herbs allowing you to bring a touch of the farm back home.

Eight Eat | June 25th

Eight Eat is a curated private plant-based dining experience hosted by Chef Mario Buccellati. The mission is to bring people closer together to the generous present moment through food.

This 7-course dinner takes place on a beautiful rooftop terrace with a breathtaking view of the Manhattan Skyline. Everything on the menu is made fresh and with premium ingredients.

Chef Mario will walk you through the techniques & inspiration behind each dish as well as answer any questions that guests may have at the end of the meal.

Each guest will receive a complimentary 72 hour proofed focaccia.

How do I get there?

For guests commuting from New York City, we're offering an option for transportation with a van for only 12 guests that will be leaving Port Authority in Manhattan at 11:30 AM and will bring you back at the end of the event.

Traveling By Train
Take the Metro North Train from Grand Central to the Poughkeepsie Station where we will pick you up to bring you to the farm. We will drive you back to the Poughkeepsie train station at the end of the event.

What is the timeframe of this experience?

This experience begins at 2:00 pm and ends at 9:00pm.

However, if you purchase a ticket that includes transportation from New York City, you will need to meet the van near Port Authority in Manhattan at 11:30 AM.

Yes. For those interested in an alcohol-free experience, we will be offering a selection of mocktails.
